While we all seek health and wish for it everyone we love, there are those of us on a deeply mystical path of awakening through servere or chronic illness. It is beyond the rose colored glasses trying to put a good spin on a hard situation - it is a terrible journey that breaks apart one's conventional life and opens it to something utterly profound. And only those who have gone through some level of this journey can truly appreciate the blessing hidden beneath the hardship. There is something sacred to live we often miss when we are chronically health.
